Okay so yall know I love to make up recipes. I tried a new one last night.
1 tub Phil Cooking Creme Italian Herb flavor(got for .23! Kroger 2.48-.75 ECPN-1.50 CPN=.23)
1 pkg manicotti noodles (got for $1 on sale at Kroger)
1/2 jar Ragu Sauce (got for about $1 at WAGS)
1/2 bag of shredded mild cheddar (about .50)
1/2 bag shredded pizza cheese (about .50)
1 lb ground beef
Preheat oven to 350. Boil pot of water for the manicotti. Brown and drain the ground beef. Add Ragu and half of Cooking Creme and a couple of handfuls of cheese. Simmer over low heat. After manicotti is boiled and done, fill noodles with meat mixture. Lay in 9X13 greased pan. Once all the noodles are filled and in a single layer, spread remainder of cooking creme on top. Spoon and spread remainder of meat mixture over that. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake in over about 25 minutes or until warm and cheese is melted. Serve! YUM!
